Most orders can be canceled by contacting us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item is shipped out we can not cancel your order.
Customer satisfaction is the most important to us. Our store offers a 30-days refund policy after receiving the product. If the 30-day time has passed, we sincerely apologize we cannot issue you a refund back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com and provide the necessary information (order number, email address, the reason for return, etc). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returned instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. There is a 12% restocking fee for a returns due to buyers remorse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once recieved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on the severity of the damage, we may require items to be returned to us or we may organize and send you a replacement. Before a refund can be processed, we may ask for photographic evidence upon evaluation.
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of the return. Damaged or wrong item must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
